Account/Project Management

The Account/Project Management group provides the following services to ensure a smooth transition to data mining and presentation in Precision.BI. Project Management will guide your team through a new client install coordinating client resources with Precision.BI resources for a smooth efficient installation and go-live. Once a client is live with their initial set of data, they will often identify additional databases they would like to pull into Precision.BI for combined reporting or changes to the data. These database additions and augmentations will also be managed by your project manager. Your Account Manager will be in contact on a regular basis to check in and make sure that your experience with Precision.BI is positive. They will also offer suggestions and help you problem solve. Each client will have an assigned Account Manager as a central point of contact for non-customer support related needs.
