Like most high-level products, Precision.BI is constantly evolving and expanding into new virtual territory. Our Customer Service team monitors and manages this growth on the cutting edge of development. Our online Case Management and Tracking System provides a centralized location for our Customer Service team and our clients to communicate about any and all issues. When Precision.BI’s developers roll out a new Feature, Upgrade, or Hotfix, it is our Custom Service team who contacts each client to arrange for delivery as well as any necessary implementation and patching. This team also keeps a watchful eye on the operations of our clients’ regularly scheduled server activities to proactively monitor progress. This Load Monitoring often enables Precision.BI to (for example) spot an anomaly in a given client’s daily data load before that client becomes aware of the issue. Fundamentally, the Customer Service Team is all about interaction; they are the human link between the product and its users.
